In order to positively identify your location within a jurisdiction where gaming is allowed customers will be asked to down our geolocation plug-in (desktop and mobile web) the app allows your location to be pinpointed via wi-fi signals. Once downloaded you’ll have to agree to share your location, once your location has been determined we will have met state regulations and you will be allowed to wager. 

Please note the plug-in only needs to be downloaded once per device, it’s not every time you will wager.

If you’re experiencing any issues with the plug-in please restart the location check via the task manager. Also, if you’d like to uninstall the plug-in you can do this via the control panel remove software option.

If you experience issues with your geolocation it might be due to your proximity to a border or the lack of Wi-Fi signals. If you feel you’re receiving this message by mistake please contact our customer service so we can help troubleshoot the issue for you.

Why can I access the site but it will not allow me to place a bet?

Once you leave the state of Iowa,  you will no longer have the ability to place any bets. Once you re-enter Iowa, you will only need to confirm your location to begin placing bets. 

How do I turn on location services?

1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
2. Make sure that Location Services is on.
3. Scroll down to find the app.
4. Tap the app and select an option: Never: Prevents access to Location Services information.

How do I turn on WIFI?

IOS Devices:  Go to Settings>Wi-Fi
Android Devices: Go to Settings>Wireless & Networks

If I am using a VPN or proxy software programs such as HMA, TeamViewer, or OpenVPN will geolocations still work?

Geolocations services will not be able to accurately pinpoint your location. In order to use our site, you must verify these programs are not running when using our site. 

I am in Iowa but it shows I am outside the border, what can I do?

At times, when you are close to the border or near the ocean, you may have to restart your GPS and location services to pinpoint your location. 

If you feel that your location has been inaccurately recognized, and you have already restarted your location services, please contact Customer Support.
